This is my favorite Italian restaurant. I have been eating here for over 10 years. I love linguine & shrimp. The staff is very nice and they have known me since I was a regular customer. Since I don't live in Norfolk anymore, I don't get to eat here as often as I like.

This is a small, family owned place with freshly prepared dishes. Everything on the menu is awesome! Five stars, because nothing is left to be desired when dining here. Quaint atmosphere and the best pasta dishes in town (I think the chicken parm is my favorite) make it a regular place to dine for me.

We have never been dissatisfied with any service at Francos. It is the best Italian food in the Norfolk area. It seems like family when you arrive, the servers and the owners are very friendly.
