I got stuck with a device after knee surgery and needde folllow up as I have to hit the device with a hammer to get it to work. I was told that appointments are 2 weeks in advance and was refused any asssistance. I know workmans comp paid for it but to have to carry a device around for 2 weeks to get this contraption functioning is ridiculous.
