Called and explained my breakdown and were. They tell me to go to the car and call them when I get there. 30 minutes later I call and she then informs me they can't help me, to much traffic.. 1 PM.. And left me hanging on the side of the road.. She hung up on me as well, and I was anything but rude. Perplexing..

This bunch is not to be trusted.. -5 stars is more like it.

This is car jacking made legal by contract. This company makes its profits by towing cars that belong to good, hard working people. I made the mistake of putting my parking tag in the visor and so it wasn't in plain view when every day I put it in the rear view mirror and it got towed. $145 later I have my car back but I just paid almost a full day's wages to get my car back. This is wrong, unethical, and exactly what is wrong with businesses today. This benefits Boone but affordable towing and hurts the residents of my association. I vow to make enough noise with my homeowner's association to get affordable towing to lose their contract and to change the towing rules so they can't tow without being called by an owner or a board member.

professional and helpful driver. my pickup's starter died in a lot 300 yards from my house. he picked me up, towed me around the block and dropped at the house. charged me the drop fee and shook my hand. saved me some money. i used to rollback, so i really appreciated what he did for me.

bad business towing residents private and work vehicles in runaway bay apartments tow trucks ride thru apartments with out headlights looking a bit shady.....

Monday at 3:45 ish they tow my car from in front of my complex. Called them and a new chick was rude. She also thought she hung up but didn't! Heated every nasty comment made about me. And didn't get an apology or any type of professional curtesy.
