Provided by YP.comBest Property Management Service! I was very nervous about the entire property management process. WEGO made the transition very easy! I have been a client since 2009 and it has been the best decision I have made. They truly are a full service property management company. Their staff is very friendly and always make time for me. The vacancy period in between tenants is minimal. They have always placed great tenants that pay on time and leave the house in great condition. I strongly recommended them.

Provided by YP.comWego Property Management has been a wonderful company to have on your side if your tenant ever stops paying, They handle all of the eviction proceedings on the landlords behalf at a very low cost. They were able to have my tenant out and recieved a judgement for outstanding rent. Although I thought the money was lost Wego sent the tenant to collections and I am now receiving checkd from back rent. Great Company, Great service.

Provided by YP.comAs a savy investor I do tons of researrch before selecting a management company. I am out of state so it is imperative that I find a management company I trust, I have bought several properties through this company and they have managed them successfully over the last 4 years. They consuted me throught he buying process and were able to articulate precisely what I should expect from my properties. I recently engaged them to help me sell my property and they had a contract on it in less that 2 weeks. Not only have they help me make a profit evey year through their management services but they we able to help me sell a property for a profit so I can continue investing. Their knowledge is far better than anyother management company I have ever experienced.

Provided by YP.comTHIS BUSINESS SICKENS ME! I was told that 75% of their tenants are dishonest by their own employee, Angel. Why rent homes then? I don't even rent from them at this time, and they told me that, imagine how they treat their tenants. STAY AWAY from the abusive personalities in this company. SORRY COMPANY

Provided by YP.comSTAY AWAY!! I ended up with WEGO after our former property company went out of business. What a disaster. From the beginning I could not get simple things done like getting the chimney swept, something I do on a yearly basis with all properties. They "don't know any chimney sweeps." That should have warned me! We had a tenant in there when we signed on with WEGO that was fine, then suddenly they stopped paying and had to be evicted in January 2011. I had to pay $1200 plus for repairs according to what WEGO said was wrong (I trusted them on that and now have to wonder if I should have), and to date WEGO has done nothing about collecting that debt from the tenant even though that is part of their job. Despite continually asking "is it ready to rent yet?" it took until April before they finally told me it was marketable...NO idea why it should take three months to put down new carpet and repaint the inside of a small house! No one from WEGO ever contacted me on their own initiative except to ask for money. I had to contact them about every 10 days to ask, "what's happening? Is it rented? Why is it not rented?" They could never give me any reasons why the house was not renting. According to them the rent was comparable and the house was in good shape. They would not give me any numbers or records as to how many times the house was shown, or what reasons people gave for not renting it, except one family who said the driveway was too steep for a wheelchair! (Why show the house to those people then?) To add insult to injury, the main person there was incredibly rude and insulting to me when I finally lost patience after SIX MONTHS of no rent, resulting in almost $4000 in costs to me plus the $1200 for repairs, with no reasons ever given for their total failure of service. I've never had an experience like this with any kind of service provider. Stay away from WEGO if you value your sanity and your property.

Provided by YP.comI have several proprties in the Atlanta area, and after interviewing several companies I chose WEGO for their low management fees and internet presence. My property rented within 2 weeks of actually signing up. Their customer service is awesome and i have never been happier.
