The most professional technician I have ever experienced.

I had a repair service done on my LG washer, The technician ,Charlie, was on time and also called me 30 minutes before his arrival.

he was very courteous and knowledgible of the product. He explained what is the problem and fixed the washer with replacing parts he brought. He cleaned area after repair done and educated me tips I did not know before on how to use my washer.

I will use them again if I need any repair.

They were great! Very prompt to arrive, gave me a clear idea of work to be done and a reasonable estimate, and the work has more than served its purpose!

Repair person was on time, honest and very quick. I felt very comfortable with the level of service and explanation he provided. He was in and out in 30 minutes and the refrig is working perfectly. Thanks for having a great staff
