Doesn't surprise me to see these bad reviews , they give u a quote and then charge you twice after they loaded up the truck .. .. beware of them ..Spanish workers work really hard and felt bad for situation cause they knew I was being scammed .. owner was really rude on the phone when I call asking for explanation and hung up phone

I was given one quote amount for 3 bedrooms and living room furniture and then was charged twice as much for less stuff mentioned. The movers then had to bring another truck because they filled the first one with our stuff and other people's stuff. The second truck of items never showed up so we have table with no legs, furniture pieces, and undelivered items that are stated to still be setting in their facility.

Move date was to be on 03/12/16 to 03/13/16. Got a call from Ben on Fri 03/11/16 that their driver was soon to arrive at our apartment for the move, with no one at home & Ben told, several calls later, Ben claimed that their driver couldn't return to NC though it wasn't our fault the driver arrived a day earlier than we agreed on. Ben found a driver to move our stuff on the evening of Sun 03/13/16. Upon arrival on 03/19/16, my husband's laptop was stolen with our clothes and books thrown on the floor etc. I called Ben to report the situation of our things when they arrived & he revealed that the driver wasn't theirs & they had contracted out our moving which we didn't know at the time of the move. Ben promised to file a claim regarding this matter. I sent pictures on 04/03/16 but never heard back from them. My husband and I had more headache dealing with them than we would have should we have done the move ourselves. I DEFINITELY WILL NOT BE RECOMMENDING THIS COMPANY!!!

I have no doubt that Social Moving Group is a very nice company. That is why I have used them twice so far. I found them very professional at both the occasions and they have the all necessary ingredients of an outstanding moving company. Their movers are super-efficient, they have some very smart office staffs and they have all necessary tools and their vans are also in great shape. Most importantly they care for their customers and they know how to keep their commitments.

I am really impressed with Social Moving Group. They are the most talented movers I have ever seen. They were just excellent. I used them not too long ago, I had to move my office at a new location. It was a race against time and I never expected a perfect move from any movers but I was wrong. Movers proved me wrong. They were up against the challenge and the way they performed was just fantastic. Words are not enough to describe their efficiency. All I can say is that Social Moving Group has the courage to handle any move. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Thank you all at Social Moving Group for helping us move our goods. We hired them because they had the most complete price with no hidden costs. The fact that our sales guy Mark told us about the few things that might increase the price was reassuring because most companies will just flat out give you one price and not mention anything about the mysterious additional fees. Also he was sure to tell us about the company history and how they do their pricing so that we would be informed and understand what is going on. He was very nice and provided me with astonishing customer service! I talked my wife into getting the full pack option to make life easier and it was so worth it. The mover’s men came in on pickup day and just packed up everything nice and neat for departure to TN. Also the delivery service was fantastic. The men brought everything in our new house and set up furniture for us. By the time they left all that needed to be done was unpacking the boxes. We loved how easy this move was and we highly recommend Social Moving Group if you want a good move.

We just moved to our new place in TX from GA with Social Moving Group. While we were not use to moving a large house, my wife suggested that we get at least 5 bids. After just getting 3, I was amazed at the costs! Having professional and friendly movers that did their job right, didn’t steel anything from us and didn’t lose anything, was worth the price we paid! It just made the move a pleasant experience (and I have moved a number of times before). I am glad I choose them!

I am very pleased by the way Social Moving Group team work. They were so organized, on time, and very professional. We started with the quotation that Ashley gave me, which was unbelievably less expensive than other companies. Then, they set up a date and time to start the move. My move went smoothly and they kept all of their promises made to my family and I. None of our items got broken or lost, thanks to Dan and his crew. I am really pleased that I worked with Social Moving Group and I’d definitely recommend you do the same!

Social Moving Group made our move so easy and less stressful then we anticipated. They made sure the moving process will start and end as planned, so to speak, and then Anthony along with his crew showed up with such a sunny disposition and went to work. They finished the whole move nearly on schedule. They were pleasant to watch, efficient and maneuvered every item with care. Thanks for taking the stress out of the process! Moving day comes, and I was surprised by the fact that the crew showed up not only on time but a few minutes early. Dan and his team couldn't have been any nicer and more professional through the loading process, taking steps to ensure my items were protected. They unloaded everything at my new home that went even faster than expected. Love to recommend this company to you!

I just want to thank everyone at Social Moving Group. Karen my moving coordinator was great and honest. I just got delivery few days ago and all my belongings are here and only had one coffee cup that was broken (compared to my last move it was a pleasure) movers wore uniforms and the company owns their own trucks (as my last move got brokered out) great company definitely would recommend Social Moving Group.

My move was amazing! Everything went as plan just like Social Moving Group my rep said. Tom and his crew were outstanding! They were amazing to deal with, very professional and did an awesome job. I would recommend Social Moving Group to everyone I know.

My friends recommended social Moving Group after they used them for their move a few months back. They had a great experience with them and raved about the company and the movers so much that we had to give them a call. They were very easy to work with and were accommodating about the rules of our condo. Tom and his crew showed on time for the pick-up date and they delivered out goods within a week which was great. Everyone was professional and it was a real pleasure to work with Social Moving Group. If you have to move, you should give Social Moving Group a call to help you out with your move.

NIGHTMARE!!! They made our cross-country move from Georgia to California a very stressful and unpleasant experience. We went to their office to meet Ben (owner) in person just to make sure everything was in order. He was all smiles, shook our hands, looked us in the eye, and promised everything would be just fine - "trust me," he said.



Our stuff ended up being delivered DAYS ahead of schedule. Once we stopped allowing Ben to just tell us to trust him and that everything would be fine, he became EXTREMELY inflexible, unhelpful, angry and condescending. We had to organize our friends and landlord to open our house, receive our things, and pay the drivers (in cash!) from THE MIDDLE OF THE ARIZONA DESERT!!



We went with the cheapest movers we found, and this was the experience we had. Ben is horrible. The driver who delivered out stuff was horrible. There are so many more details to this horrible epic... our stuff was all banged up, the drivers broke a big limb in our new neighborhood, I cried throughout most of the American Southwest...
