I was waiting in the parking lot at Costco on Ventura for a spot (about 5 minutes waiting) and had my blinker on. As the person was backing out of the spot and I was waiting WITH MY BLINKER ON to pull in this taxi car shot into the spot before the previous car cleared the aisle. I tooted my horn and they pulled in anyway and when I honked again they shot me a bird and still took the spot. I stopped behind them to have a conversation with the driver but they stayed in the car until I had to move when other cars pulled behind me. I circled back around but of course the car was empty. That is when I took the pictures of the car before finding another spot.
I called the number on the car but the person who answered just asked if I wanted a taxi and didn't seem to understand that I wanted to file a complaint.

Worst ever taxi 42 over charged the hell out of me she would drive really slow then drive really fast, in slam the breaks she new how to work the system never again in I get a taxi 4 times a week! Very disappointing!!

This company is the largest, most established in the area. The drivers are trained and professional. They have made changes over the last year to ensure that all of their drivers meet higher standards of insurance, safety and service. They even have an app not and offer special discounts to schools and clinics. They care about the community. They are the best local cab company in the area

THIS COMPANY MAKE THE DRIVER NOOK ON CUSTOMER DOORS THAT IS NOT RESPECTFULL OR PROFESSIANLA WAY TO ADVISE THE CUSTOMER THAT THE TAXI HAS ARRIVE, THE DISPATCH IS ALWAYS VERY DISRESPECTFUL TO THE DRIVERS, I AS A CUSTOMER HAVE BEEN ABLE TO WITNESS ALL THIS PROBLEMS, I THAT SOMEONE TAKE THE TIME TO PAY MORE ATENTION TO THIS ISSUE THAT IS AFFECTING THE IMPRETION OF ALL THE CUSTOMER, EPECIALLY ME

I love this cab service because I'm pregnant and they are always on time.This whole week has been really hot but they always have a nice cool cab ready to pick me up. Very pleased and will continue to use them.

thanks for the cab driver has left me outside of Walmart.about 2 minutes and turn into 45 minutes.absolutely ridiculous.
