I came to stay with a friend for a couple days and the man at the front desk said there were no rooms and I clearly see at least, LEAST 10????? What's the problem and why is he lying???

I checked in at night with the security guard (room 102) because the office was closed. They have a no refund policy but it is not posted in room 102, only the front office. There were dead and live roaches in the room. I switched rooms and there were even more roaches. I would'nt have paid for a whole week if I knew there were roaches in the rooms!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
