I called this afternoon and was told to come on and bring my vehicle. I had water on my floorboard, so the tech immediately checked my windshield and window. Both are fine. Instead of telling me to go elsewhere to find the source of my problem, the tech cleaned out the drains, and once cleaned, he performed a test to make sure the water did not flow back into the car. This was done in about an hour without having an appointment. The price was incredible, and I will not hesitate to come back. These are very professional people!

Long but worth the read.....What started out bad ended good....I get hit with a rock on the I-75 and need to get it repaired because a year and a half ago I paid $350 to have my windsheild replaced by a ""popular"" glass company and did not want to do that again. Because all the other places were booked, I head to Low Price Auot Glass in Norcross.
I meet Sal and tell him what happened (very friendly guy). He says no problem we can fix it! He opens my door and says ""what is that smell?!"" I tell him no one can figure it out and that I have had this mildew smell for a year now and it is driving me crazy!!! He says I bet your windshield is leaking. OK so my first thought is..""this guy is just trying to sell me a windshield instead of a rock repair. Sal says ""I will prove it to you"". He sprays this foam stuff on the edge of window then blew high pressure air and sure enough! The windsheild had been leaking for the past year down behind the dash under the carpet. He lifted up my rubber mat andt he entire carpet was soaked (it rained all night the night before)!!!!!!! OMG I gave him a big hug and told him he was MY HERO! He also buffed my headlights to make them new again. Their price is great! $195.00 for new windsheild! I would like to wring the neck of those people at the other company that installed my previous windsheild and caused me such greif and ruined my car! Use these guys...they are great and friendly!

I have had several vehicles worked on by this company and have been very pleased with all of the work that was done. They have replaced a car mirror, power window motor, power seat motor anda chip in the windshield repaired to name a few. They have always had the best prices around and have completed the work in a timely manner. I will go back again and would recommend this company to others.

Low Price did a windshield chip repair while I waited. They also repaired a broken Whindshield Wper Arm for me. Sal and his team were very polite and helpful. Yes, they did have the Lowest Price for this service in the area.

Friday March 18, 2011, I called low price for a windsheild for my car. The owner named Sal gave me a quote for one price. When the installers arrived I was informed that the price had increased by $50.00. I proceeded to call Sal and ask him about the price change, not only was he dishonest he also provided me with a aftermarket(bootleg) windsheild. Also he has several illegal workers that work for him I wonder if the city of Norcross is aware of this type of business.NEVER trust this guy and NEVER do business with him... Thanks you Ms. Norwood

I stopped in with a water leak in my windshield after a rain storm. They got me in with very little wait. The windshild was removed and resealed. The work was done fast and hasn't leaked since. The price was very fair. Sal and his guys do very good work. I highly recommand them

My car was vandalized twice in 3 days near Glenwood. The windows were shattered on the driver's side one night. This company came to fix them the next day. Two days later, someone shattered the passenger side and again, this company came the next day. The price was right and the service was fantastic. This is one of the best companies I've ever dealt with and they are highly recommended!!!
