WARNING: DO NOT USE EMPIRE CLEANERS AT 465 HIDDEN VALLEY PARKWAY IN NORCO, CA. I inspected an expensive tie here after it was cleaned. I was not satisfied at all with the condition of the tie. I left the tie and was told I would get a call back from the owner. That was back on July 26th, 2013. More than a month later, and at least 6 calls, no call from the owner. I can't take the tie out of the store because they won't do a thing once it leaves the store. People who take my calls keep promising someone will call me back, and then said the manufacturer of the tie was responsible for the condition of the tie. The owner is an arrogant fool who thinks not responding will simply make me go away. I would urge all to stay away from EMPIRE CLEANERS AT 465 HIDDEN VALLEY PARKWAY IN NORCO, CA. I have pictures that I will be posting on sites that allow... I picked my pants up I looked at my pants as they charged my card. It looked like a drunk person altered my pants.I did not accept the pants. The 2 kids running the place could not help, as they sat the giggling and smiling the whole time.. it has been 2 in a half weeks and I do not have my pants back.. I have been givin 2 diffrent phone # and they still could not help me. The guy I am trying to get ahold of is I guess the owners son... I cant believe this place is in business.. crazy im for small business, but not ones ran like this.. in disgust hoping I get my pants back soon... I will also be posting pictures in norco of this work.. the place that they sent my pants out to is called alta dry cleaner and laundry in murrieta.... take my post how ever u want... I am just upset with work and service...
