I have nothing but praise for Lisa and Wayne at All Brands Window Services. I bought an older home in Venice with inoperable sliding glass doors. Lisa and Wayne were able to repair the sliders at a very reasonable price and offered excellent advice on replacement products. I was most impressed by their "no pressure" approach and attention to my needs as a customer. I have found them to be consistently trustworthy, responsive, and reliable. I look forward to working with them in future when I replace my windows and, eventually, sliders. Dr. B.

I feel this company did not look out for their customer as they said they would. They charged me for 5 screens then charged me for 3 of the same ones that still did not fit. I feel that was very unfair, I wrote to them but never heard back about my complaint, take my money twice & forget about me. I won't recommend them ever.

Two excellent screen door opener replacements, one last year, and one this year.

Another company had me waiting for 2.5 weeks when I was closing on my condo. They lied, etc, and did not know what they were doing in fixing a PGT window. When I only had 6 more days before closing, Lisa and her company picked up the ball, ordered the parts, and took time out of the busy days to get me in and fix it. From time of ordering to the day it was fixed was only 4 days. I cannot say enough about this company. THEY ACTUALLY CARE ABOUT YOU.....

Absolutely the best people in the world to deal with. We had 2 screens repaired and re-installed in the time it took 2 other companies to make an appointment for estimates. Courteous, friendly business people every time we called. Would recommend them as one of the best in efficiency, honesty, and integrity.
