The nicest, fastest service we have ever received from a repair shop on a vehicle! We were traveling thru Indiana, towing our 40 ft RV when we began smelling our front right brake getting hot on our 2012 Ford F250 Super Duty. Called several places (who couldn't get us in) and R&T was recommended. Called them and they said bring it right in. Knowing they did not have enough room for our RV on their lot, they suggested we drop the trailer in the WalMart parking lot right across the street first. Worked out perfect. The problem was found, quote given, parts came in, installation completed ALL WITHIN 2.5 HOURS TOTAL. Exceptionally nice people to work with. With warranty in hand for the work done and the new parts installed, we were back on the road in no time! It's not often you find repair service like this. It's also the only time I have ever written a review. Nuff said!
