Established in 2001, James founded Five Star out of his garage and turned the company into what it is today. Five Star Restoration has been in business for over 14 years, servicing the greater Indianapolis area. Owned by James Caldwell and Eric Botts, Five Star has been built on our hard work, determination, and core values, set over 14 years ago. The greatest asset to our company, are the men and women who work for us and dedicate their time and hard work to the Five Star family each day. Our technicians are trained and certified by the IICRC and take a great deal of pride in the work they produce for our customers. Five Star Inc. is a veteran owned and operated business, as I was fortunate enough to serve this great country for six years. We are also BBB certified, where we have set the foundation with our many core values and focus on upholding and honoring those values to the highest of standards when it comes to our work and our customers.
