I had a horrible experience on 1/1/2012.

I came in with my sisters for all of us the receive pedicures. We called first to make sure they could take us all since we wouldn't get there until 5 and they closed at 6. The Man who did my nails, Henry, spent a total of 15 minutes on me. I received no massage or special lotions. He didn't even remove the clear polish that was already on my toes. Then I had to wait for my sisters for another 15 minutes (we all started at the same time). We were the only ones in the store. We walked in a 5pm and were walking out by 5:45. They rushed us out and kept saying to '"come earlier next time so we are not rushed". They weren't supposed to close until 6! They made us all put our socks and shoes on before our nails were dry so now we all have smudged toes. I am upset that I paid for such a rushed service. When I get my toes done, I like to feel pampered. DON'T GO HERE!.

Please do NOT waste your time getting your nails done at the business. The owner is very RUDE. I got my nails done on 7/16/2011 She ruined my nails. I asked for a simple fill in and a cut down with one nail needing to be fixed. They are SEVERAL different lengths and she made NO attempt to even them up. The fixed nail has a glob of acrylic on the side. When I talked to her about it, she instantly caught an attitude and rambled in her native language. She refused to do anything I asked her to do, and she is QUITE drill happy. She was rough with my nails, and filed them to the point that my nails are sore this morning. I REFUSED to pay for such horrible service, and I LEFT the salon in tears. I can't believe she is allowed to treat her customers like that and actually CHARGE them for such horrible service. I will NEVER AGAIN IN LIFE visit that nail shop. If I can't get to my regular shop, I just won't have my nails done on that day.

This is a good place I have been. Nails tech are friendly and care of your nails. The price is low and good quality.
