To be honest, we've only been here once and the food was good. BUT the waitress we had was flirting so bad with my husband as we sat for dinner with our child, it was ridiculous. Her name was Katrina. I'm not a jealous person, so I brushed it off. But it was terribly obvious. We were placed in a small booth, where each booth would only fit one person on each side, and while taking our order she sat down next to him in the booth. That is unprofessional. You do not sit down while taking an order and you do not squish next to someone's husband as he is there with his family.

This was our 1st time visiting,but we will definitely return. Food & service was excellent. Atmosphere was very welcoming and exceptionally clean. We will definately recommend Firebirds to our friends and family.
