I've been to Niles Dentai 3 times now (all in the past week) - once for an exam and then 2 visits to do a deep cleaning. So far, so good. Office staff is friendly, set-up is modern, things move at a quick pace. Too soon to say if I'll love them forever (I'm still mourning that I had to switch dentists when my insurance changed), but for now I'm happy. Would refer friends.

I first scheduled an appointment for a teeth cleaning at Niles Dental because it was close to my office. The dental office itself is spotless and the equipment is top notch. Dr. McGill and his staff made me feel comfortable the whole time I was there.



Upon initial examination, Dr. McGill found that I had two cavities. One of the things I appreciated the most from my experience at Niles Dental was that Dr. McGill never made me feel ashamed for having cavities or try to up-sell me anything additional.  He simply gave me good advice on how to improve the health of my teeth and gums, and told me to come back when convenient to have those cavities fixed. Since my first experience went so well I did not hesitate to schedule an appointment a week later to get those cavities taken care of.



My second visit went much like my first visit. Service was superb and my procedure was over before I knew it. Dr. McGill is very meticulous and it is reflected in the quality of his work. My two visits to Niles Dental were by far the best dental experiences I've had. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place and will definitely go back for all my future dental needs.

seems as though they have grown and made changes. not for the better. customer/patients rank 2nd with money coming in first. yes clean office, yes friendly hygienist and knowledgeable dr. but it ends there.. plenty of others that will gladly take on my family of 5.

I've only had a phone conversation so far and the service is really good! I am impressed with the depth of knowledge and professionalism by the phone staff about various insurance agencies. I will definitely be scheduling an appointment here.

Good office, Nice people. Doctor is young and seems up to date. Lady that did my cleaning was nice, let me know what was going on. overall nice and I'd recommend to friends and family.

nice office. real clean. seems like they know what theyre doing more than other offices I been to in the past. the girl that did my cleaning was real nice. the dentist was nice told me a few things a alredy know and some I didnt. only thing that kind of sucked i like getting billed and they dont let me do that. i wil keep going back thou.

I had chipped my tooth on Saturday. The next day Sunday, i called several dentists, including my own, but non could see me. I work at martins, i met someone who told me of a young Dentist, who he thought was exceptional. Why not give him a call now? he said.

But its Sunday? i said why will he see me? Well he gave me his number, I called left a message, had a call back from his receptionist in 5 minutes & she said Be at our office in Thirty minutes he will take care of you. Long story short, His service was outstanding, and the quality job he did was far better then any other i had before. Dr. Kyle portrayed excellence , professionalism, combined with a warm and pleasant character. I call it 'true quality service'. plus hes not hard on the eyes either. :-) He was willing to accommodate me at a fraction of the cost in accordance with my budget. I knew that he was my new dentist, and would recommend him to anyone. Dr. Kyle is not only a trained professional, he has that magic touch, and knows instinctively the best way to treat his patients.

After several horrific experiences with PPO and HMO dentists that resulted in the loss of three molars by the age of 45, I was dentist phobic. Each of the lost teeth were a direct result of improperly placed crowns subsequent to root canals (I grew up with no flouride in the water). I researched for laser dentists b/c I'd heard that the use of laser helped with recovery time and reduced potential for infection. I'm so glad that I found Dr. Mcgill! I now LOVE going to the dentist. His professional approach and focus on detail ensure that I'm receiving the best care possible, and he was willing to work with me around my financial constraints... prioritizing my procedures. And his staff make me feel valued for my business. I would HIGHLY recommend Dr. Mcgill, especially for those who have a fear of dentists! I'm down to my last two procedures (implants) that will take place during the next 12 to 18 months. Even if I lived somewhere else, I'd drive miles or fly to have him do the procedures!

I have always been a person that carries some level of anxiety about going to see the dentist, whether it be a minor or major procedure. That being said, I have nothing but GREAT things to say about Kyle McGill and Niles Dental Associates staff members. They always greet you with a warm welcome, and I leave feeling confident that the work done was quality.



My almost 2 year old recently chipped his tooth, and Dr McGill was out of town when the incident occurred. Thankfully he was flying home that day, and offered to come to the office that evening to take a look at his tooth.Emergencies happen, and he has ALWAYS been accommodating. I appreciate that!! I would recommend him to everyone I know.

My Name is Jen Lewis and i went to Dr Mcgill about a year and a half ago with Unbelivabely bad teeth.Dr Mcgill did a detailed Examination and gave me the break down of what needs to be done...I had to wear Invisalign for 6 months because my teeth were very crooked and i got them aligned and got the teeth bleached and got my teeth deeply cleaned and got my Gums cleaned and had numerious filling and in the end i got 10 Veniers and tranformed my smile forever and i couldnt be much happier with the results...Not only i got a brand new smile but for the 1st time in my life i have heatlhy and strong teeth..I use to have bad Breath and my gums use to bleed while brushing but thats all history...The thing i liked the most about Dr Mcgill was his passion and his positive energy to motivate me and educate me about the whole procedure and it was pain free...I visited him almost every week for the whole year and got to know him really well and i could instantly tell that he simply mean well...His staff is Extremly friendly and there main goal was to make my trips comfortable and they all did a hell of a job..Dr Mcgill even called me at home on the weekend to see how I was doing. What doc does that nowadays?? I almost miss going back there sinse i spent so much time there and got to know everyone very well loll...It was almost like i was in a dental school because the information i learned from Dr Mcgill will help me maintaine my teeth for the rest of my life and even thou that my perticular case was expensive but i think that this is the best investment that i have ever made in my life..It feels really good to have a great smile and i am finding out new meanings and diffrences from before and after everyday...Thanks Dr Mcgill for all your hard work...You are the Man with the Masterplan.....Jen:)

My last appointment with Dr. McGill can't be soon enough. A car accident left me with anxiety issues and two years later, my front tooth is still not replaced. I've had problems with the temporary replacement appliance, and I've received very little help or suggestions from Dr. McGill. A recent appointment ended badly with another anxiety attack, and instead of receiving concern for my well-being, I was "sent home" to recover and told I would probably be needing extra pain medication... "whatever you normally take, take extra". No follow up call. This is not an isolated incident. As long as you're in for a normal cleaning, you'll probably love him. Hopefully, you won't need extensive work like I have. If so, I'd suggest looking elsewhere.

Being 50+ years old, I have seen my share of dental offices. I have to say that Dr. McGill is hands down the BEST in the business. You are greeted with a warm and friendly greeting and that just continues as you go back to the dental chair. I have been so impressed with the level of professionalism - yet friendly environment in the Niles office...not to mention the quality of their work! They are awesome and I will shout their praises to anyone looking for a new dental office. Thanks Niles Dental for making going to the dentist a pleasant experience!

I would highly recommend to friends and family without question! Dr. Mcgill provided me with some cosmetic veneers and 1-implant after a couple short, painless visits I have a brand new smile that I am very happy with. I honestly think Dr. Mcgill was more concerned with the end result than I was - just goes to show how concerned he is about the well-being of his patients, he even called me the night following just to check on how I was feeling. Front office staff were great to work with, and Ann & Nicole were very gentle and friendly with the fittings & cleanings. 5 stars without a doubt.

5 + stars. Everyone in the office from my first phone call was friendly, helpful, professional. Definitely the best dental experience I have ever had and that says a lot considering I was there for a root canal! The Doc was awesome!! I was so anxious about the procedure, he made me laugh, and as promised I did not feel a thing. I would recommend Dr. McGill to everyone!!!!

Best dentist I have ever been to. Now, I can't wait to go to the dentist! The Reception is wonderful, Dr. Mcgill is so good at what he does! I've been a patient there since the last Doc and sometimes I was a little worried but now that Dr. Mcgill is there he has calmed my fears of the dentist. Tammy the hygienist is awesome (I've now followed her to 3 offices, I like her so much very gentle) My first time with Dr. Mcgill, he were so patient and understanding of my concerns (I ask lots of questions) and they did everything they could to give me the best dental care and let me know up front how much it was going to cost.. ( I really like that, and not being surprised) They are a tough act to follow, I don't think I'll ever find another dentist office like theirs! I feel like an old friend every time I go in!

My entire family have been a patients of Dr. McGill for over 5 years. When he moved his office to Niles we didnt think twice about making the 35 min drive. All the employees are very friendly and go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. Rachel always knows our names when we walk in. My 5 year old gets excited to go to the dentist ( I couldn't ask for more) There are a few dentists in the area and being a resident of SW Mich, I always tell my friends to go to him they wont be sorry.

I would recommend 100%!
