WebsiteCassopolis Family Clinic Network, a 501 (c)3 non-profit organization was designated as a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) in 2007. Governed by a volunteer Board of Directors, no less than 51% of the board members must be users of CFC services. This assures that services are responsive to the needs of the community.
As CFCN celebrates its 50th anniversary of service, we honor those community leaders whose vision was to create accessible, affordable healthcare. Throughout the years of ownership of the practice has changed, as has the name. But one thing has remained constant - the dedicated Board of Directors, physicians and staff remain committed to serving the community.
