Provided by YPmobileI am an AT&T costumer, Iwent to this store to inquire about there wireless services cause I believe that they have a better offer for me and my husband. I even trying to "promote " Sprint to my co wirkers and family to switch plans. At first they're very friendly and approachable. So I & my husband decided to switch and order the 2 iphone 6 plus, they said it will arrive in two weeks but I can call them to check maybe it will be sooner. I asked if they can call me instead of calling them cause I don't want to annoy them. But They said that they're not allowed to call costumers coz it's a store policy. As an excited first time costumer,,, I tried to call them like every other day. Untill 2 weeks came I was hoping that it finally arrived. I spoked wiith the store manager,,, he told it did'nt arrive, im still pushing my luck,,, told him that i just thought it came cause i was told it will be available in two weeks then this store manager said : Honestly it's nit here, honestly i'm not only the costumer,,,, I was trying to explained that it's okey and just asking if there's a possibilty it will arrive the next week BUT: he wont let me finish, so I said stop saying to be honest constantly, let me finish mine. Then he'll tell me "don't be rude!" Hah, i'm rude? Im the costumer and you wont listen to me and finish my sentence cause you keep cutting me,,,, now i'm the rude one? This rude costumer is one of the reason why you have business and a job!!!! Let me tell you about costumer service cause we're almost have same nature of job,,, though mine requires 4 years degree in college. Rude costumers like me as you say,,,, LISTEN to the them,,,, they are excited, anxious maybe frustrated but you need to know how they feel and let them voice out there issues. Then make them understand in "not the judging mean ways you did" So now , I did'nt even started with SPRINT,,, I have to cancel services. The day I will get that phone (cause you don't want me to cancel now) I will return it. You may say who cares, im nit the only costumer! You 're right but with your other competitors,,, they'll be happy to hear how bad peolple you are bringing SPRINT's reputation. It's their gain. You just lost 2 costumers, maybe not bad at all,,,, but with my other family and co workers who thought to switch with you? Forget it,,,, they rather stay with friendly costumer servuce from AT&T or go to Verizon and Tmobile! To add with that,,,, If Sprint has a costumer service like you,,,, what if im going to have a questions with my billing and trouble shooting,,,, I will be treated like this? No way!!! You are a store manager but you should know how important a costumer ahould be. Other companies would do everything/ be nice just to make a costumer to stay or switch ti them.
Go back to costumer service lesson 101,,,,maybe you deserve a 3 stars from me.
