Provided by YP.comTHAT WAS BAD EXPIRIENCE GOING TO THIS REPAIR STORE, I LOST 3 DAYS JUST TO CHANGE MY COOLANT, ON THE END THERE NEED TO TAKE OF MY RADIATOR AND FIX THE PROBLEM...NEWER AGAIN IN THIS STORE,ONE MORE THING-- WHEN I CALL FOR SERVICE AND DETAILS WHAT I NEED AND WHAT COST ME TO DO THAT I HAVE ONE PRICE FROM THAT STORE, WHEN I WAS PAYING AFTER WORK IS DONE THERE IS DIFERENT PRICE- HIGHER, I DID NOT ASK WAY I JUST PAY..JUST TO LEAVE
I am soory to read that you had a bad experience @ North Shore Motor works We do not remenber this problem happening at the shop. We at North Shore Motor works always give a price prior to repairs and the price is always lower then we quote because we round the estimate so when we do an actual ticket or repair order it comes out less.If you could call me at 847-647-8717 we could resolve this problem that it does not ever happen again.
