This store has a very knowledgeable staff. They have free water testing and can fix most pumps and filters. During the holiday seasons there is a great selection of holiday decorations!!!!!!!!!!!

This store has great customer service and know how to take care of my pool. They have free water testing to help balance the water in my pool and they also help repair my pump and filter. At Christmas i purchase all of my Christmas decoration and tree. I had a previous Christmas tree that lasted me for over ten years. I have heard from other people they have bought patio furniture from this store and it has lasted for over 30 years and is made in America. I highly recommend shopping at Norbert Pools they have great items and a helpful staff.

This is a great store, the staff is very helpful and courteous. They offer free water testing and can fix most pool pumps and filters. I also like going to Norbert Pools in the Holiday season, they have a wide variety of holiday decorations.

Gave them a down payment on a BEAUTIFUL 18' Round last year. When we called to discuss the pool we WERE going to buy... They DOUBLED THE PRICE !!! Saying we needed the "package" to instal the pool. We drove to the store to discuss the situation in person, and QUICKLY desided that this was not a company to do bussiness with. We asked to get our down payment back after being "TOLD" what was discussed, and that "YOUR WRONG" and was told "NO REFUND" We will give you a store credit instead... After much argument with the SNOTTY SALES GUY who throws out the comment "You could get an umbrella or something" with a stupid smile. The OWNER walking buy and ignoring the shouting in his store !!! WE just left... on the way home, we called a family member that purchased a pool from them a couple of years ago and told them the story of the day... they said their pool had issues and "havn't heard back from them for over 1 month ago with an issue they had. I normally don't like doing these, but...

I had a pleasant experience at Norbert Pools. The customer service was great! I totally love my new patio furniture. I referred all my friends to them, and I will go back to them for more outdoor entertainment.

WHY don't they allow you to view online ?? I'd just like to get an idea before I make the trip to the store. Let's get with the 21st century. WHY have a website when you cant view the products !
