Byrd Automotive has serviced our family vehicles for years. Repaired a brake problem on my wife's car and took the time to explain to her in great detail what was done regarding the repair. This place stands behind the work done and can be trusted to do only what is needed. We highly recommend Byrd to our friends when ever the topic of needing auto repair or maintenance comes up. Quality work and good people!

I've been going to Byrd's over 10 years - highly recommended by my family. My 1st positive experience came after I was told by a local dealer I needed a repair (cost over $1000) on my car. That was the first time I went to Byrd's. Gene said I needed the repair but my cost would be less than $600. He repaired my car and it worked fine. My 2nd positive exp. was 1 year later. I had started to take my car to Byrd's but decided to go to the local dealer for a quick oil change. (I live about 5 min. from the local dealer and 30 min. from Byrd's). I was told I needed another repair on my car and needed it done ASAP. It would cost $700. I told them I would think about it and took my car to Byrd's the next day. Gene informed me that a small part was all I needed and repaired it as good as new for under $50. I know nothing about the mechanics of a car. What I do know is I can trust Gene Byrd and if he tells me I need something, I do. I know that his service is GREAT! We take 4 cars to Byrd's.

Excellent work once again. I continue to take our vehicles to Byrd's. They approach their work with integrity. They went above an beyond on this last repair as I needed my vehicle back super fast and they helped me out with a very timely repair. Thank you.

I HAD A NOISE THAT 3 OTHER SHOPS COULD NOT FIND. I TOOK IT TO JUSTINS AND THEY FOUND THE NOISE AND REPAIRED IT THE SAME DAY. I ALSO LIKED THE 12 MONTH, 12.000 MILE NATION WIDE WARRANTY .

Byrd Automotive is the only place we trust with our cars. They've checked out multiple cars during our car searches and told us their honest opinion. A few times I've even taken it in and they've told me there's nothing that needs to be done, instead of charging me with unnecessary "upgrades."

I have been converted to Byrd Automotive which is awesome especially since I drive a Honda. My wife and I argue whether we should buy Hondas or Toyotas in the future, but there is no doubt about where we will take our car for service. Byrd Automotive does quality work, has your safety and best interest in mind, answers any question you might have and are very personable. On top of this, they were very competitive financially saving us money. I highly recommend Byrd Automotive!
