I went into the office as my Mother has been an ongoing patient of Dr. Pape for quite some time now. She's been going since Dr. PAPER had her office by Rocky Neck. Anyway, while waiting for my Mom to finish with her appointment, I could not get over the lack of professionalism that was going on with the woman who does the food orders, and the person who was scheduling the appointments. After the patient had left, the two of them were gossiping about the fact that the woman had not only gained weight, but a considerable amount of weight at that!!! Now granted, they did not know I was in the waiting room because I was not visible, but regardless, that conversation should never have taken place! It totally made me feel sorry for the woman who left thinking that she is paying very good money for this meal program and obviously not getting the positive benefits from it that she hoped for. I wonder how she would feel if she knew that she was being talked negatively about behind her back by the woman who is supposed to be helping her! I found it appalling and very disheartening. Xr. Pape seems nice enough, but she is definitely high energy and I'm sorry but no one is THAT nice ALL the time!!! I think she tries to hard to be liked by everyone, and is slowly burning out. She needs to keep a better eye on her staff or she may not have a reputable business for much longer. Patients talk and I will definitely let people know what I overheard as I do know many people who go to Paper Chiropractic for weight loss. I don't have the same name as my Mom, so no one will know me. I just hope they appreciate what they have and STOP making fun of the people they are trying to help, or make sure no one is in the waiting room when they do!

Dr Pape is awesome. They always seem to fit me in last minute And everyone is so nice! She was very helpful with hip pain

During my pregnancy and with migraines. They welcome your kids and will even keep an eye on them during your visit!

Dr Pape and Joan makethe trips a real pleasure. The attention to detail and customer makes the trips a plueasure.

Dr Pape worked on my neck and made the stiffness go away and continues to keep it loose.

Dr. Pape is very good with my two girls. One was having a problem with chronic headaches (11 yr old) and the other was having shoulder pain (9 yr old). Dr. Pape is an excellent listener. She is very professional while being personable also.

Both of my children are active soccer and softball players. My 11 yr old has had chronic leg and ankle pain for years. Even though our pediatrician is an osteopath and we also had her see a physical therapist, Dr. Pape was the only one to figure out what was really going on. She is thorough but honest. My 9 year old only needed a couple appts and she didn't try to milk it.

I highly recommend Dr. Pape.
