Don't put your loved one in Bride Brook! Understaffed, dietary department is absolutely horrible(they should all be fired), PT department couldn't find their records for the patient....this is a for-profit facilty....they will make sure your loved one remains unstable so they can exhaust Medicare for the money....all they care about is money...and that means not releasing your loved one so the bed stays full. The stay at Bride Brook was a nightmare!! The room and drawers were not cleaned and disinfected from the previous patient. Soiled patient put back in bed and covered up with wet urine soaked clothes on.....they are disgraceful. Bride Brook and their doctors need a through internal investigation. This is a dangerous place to put your loved one.

I agree with the comment below. My mother is a resident there. She has a broken hip & have left her multiple times on the bed pan for 30-40 mins to the point where she has tried to remove it herself and spills everywhere. What if it was a true emergency & it took 30-40 minutes for someone to come in? The nurses & staff have no bedside manner & have been rude to me. They need more staffing & more training. No one seems to know what is going on when I have questions. I fear for my Mother

We couldn't wait to leave. Bad: Facility understaffed, overworked. Took 20-55 min before answering call bell. That is so wrong!!! Shame on you managment, you can do better than that. Managment stated we should have brought it up to them. We mentioned to nurses and still didn't matter.

Rooms were dirty dingy and smelled like Pee. We found Pee in dads drawer. Humid rooms

Good: Workers mostly all nice, they apologized but looked too busy and stressed, Rehab center is good, Food is decent. Lady named Pat is (holy Moly a miserable person)



Only good if you don't care about your family members.
