I've never written a review before. But in this case I have to take the time to do so. I was in a jam and friends were coming to visit from out of town. One well drilling and pump company came by, misdiagnose the problem, had bad attitudes in general, and charged me $80 for about a half hours time. Another company called me back two days later. I third company by the name of Loussier Drilling told me they would have to come from so far away it would probably cost me more than it should. They may be fine and you got to give them credit for being honest about it. Then Tom from Moran and Johnson came by after hours and went way beyond the call of duty to fix my problem. It was not an easy fix, involved putting in a new submersible pump and the whole 9 yards. He missed dinner plans that he had with his girlfriend. He did a great job. Not only did he not complain, he probably has the best attitude of anyone I've ever met. When it was all said and done I tried to give him a tip and he simply wouldn't take it. Doing business with any other well drilling pump company in the area would be a mistake. Bart Becherer
