Have been here twice now, the prices are marked up ridiculously high and the service is horribly slow. Don't waste your life in this horrible restaurant.

This is an awful establishment. On August 4th we (my cousin and my son who is 10 and in a wheelchair due to a heel injury) attended a KC and the sunshine band free concert. There was a vicious storm that took place which included winds that blew down tents, lightning and hurricane rain. We were got caught in this. We tried to seek shelter after things were falling in the rain, at Fridays side door. The establishment refused to let us in they saw that my son was screaming for his life. The staff and the management ignored us. He cried and beat on the door but no one would offer to help us. I plan to tell this story until I get attention. This was horrible treatment. We are from Alabama and never will patron a Friday's again because of this horrible treatment. His face pressed against the door in lightening flashing, a wet cast, a wheelchair and you and your staff kept eating. This is the first of many letters. Restitution demanded!
