On time, efficient and professional. I give them a five star rating . ,On June 28th, I had three different dressers delivered from two different locations. Two were very heavy and large oak pieces. I was impressed with this company. Everything went well.

The guys were great. They were polite and helpful. They used blankets to protect my furniture. They put my bedroom set back together with no problem.

They did a good job moving me. They were polite and responsible. I was very pleased. I would refer them to my close family or friends.

The guys were friendly and fast. I had alot of things and thought for sure it would've took 8 hours but they moved me in 5 hours. The head guy I think his name was Christian, he was conciderate enough to ask where I wanted my furniture set up. I was worried that they would nick the walls at my old apartment because of my landlord and because other delivery guys had left marks on my walls rushing my furniture in but not A Plus. These guys were great and I would definitely use them again and recommend them to my friends.

The A-Plus moving staff is polite and professional and my husband and I were very happy with the job that they did. We hired them to move a pristine piano and they treated that piano as if it were theirs. More than careful, gentle is the word I choose because the time and effort they took to make sure that not one scratch was put on the piano was impressive. I would absolutely use them again and recommend them to anyone. They were not in a hurry, they worked until past 7:30pm to make sure it was done right, and my quote was not by the hour. It is refreshing to see a company with that work ethic.

I would just state the facts to help others out. Absolutely no commutations between the owner(the guy with the most business sense), the sales agents & the movers. Asked for three guys, two showed up about two hours late, 3rd one after half an hour more. It took them close to 7 hours to move stuff out of a single bedroom apartment to a two bedroom apartment by using elevators on both buildings. If it was not for me & my wife working harder than two of the movers, god knows how long it would take them to finish. It took me 5 mins to get to my new place with my car, while they took 45 mins because they decided to eat on the way, and guess who paid for that 45 mins. Also, I had to pay for their travel time form Niagara Falls to my place, which was never mentioned by the sales agent ( I refused to pay for their return trip). A piece of advice, directly talk to the owner about everything before hiring them.

Used this company in a relocation to Syracuse, ny , the guys were very friendly and completed job faster then expected. I would definitely recommend to anyone, thanks for a good experience!

They were real gentlemen who went out of their way to help when little difficulties arose like an icy driveway. I recommend them whole-heartedly and without reservation. They deserve to prosper!

The guys were polite and professional. They moved a large upright piano from upstairs and the stairway was very tight. They were much better than the movers I hired to put it up there before.

The guys showed up on time but, the move turned out to be the move from hell came. The quality of service was poor and unprofessional. What moving company do you know shows up to move a house or apartment with moving equipment? Whether they use it or not is up to them but, to not have none at all, is unprofessional. The guys were negligent in how they handled my belongings. I was disappointed with their service. I hired them because I wanted a professional moving company so I could "breathe a little easier knowing that they would treat my belongings like they would treat their own." That's their line but, it wasn't true in my case. They scratched my cherry wood bedroom furniture, scratched my new walls, sat the bedroom furniture on my new shoes, didn't wrap my belongings and took to much time moving us period. I felt as if it was more of a hourly hustle than a team of trained professional "A PLUS" movers. Another thing, no one ever came out to give a written estimate.

The movers showed up on time, worked efficiently, and did a great job loading the truck, and securing the contents. I highly recommend this company.

Good job done, hired guys to move mother into assisted living center. They were friendly and very professional. Also helped her hang up blinds before they left. Would reccomend to anyone!

Excellent work. They did the job and charged what they said they would. Arrived at my house within 15 minutes of our appointment. They started charging when they got there and rounded down to the half hour when done. Nothing was damaged, including a large heavy sideboard that scratches easily. They packed the truck very carefully, and put boxes where I asked. Finished the job in about the time they estimated based on an over-the-phone assessment. The cost was calculated from the time spent. No extra fees for pads or use of a hand truck. I never received a written estimate before the move, but they were very easy to contact and always knew about my reservation. They were very pleasant over the phone, often expressing gratitude for using their service. I received a hand written thank you card from the owner. I would recommend A-Plus or call them again for a local move.

Had a scheduled move with another company who called last minute and said could not make it, called A Plus, not only did they come with last minute notice, saved over a hundred from what the competitor had priced.
