Horrible!!! They rented me a car they noted in writing had some damage to the hood, roof and trunk they attributed to falling tree branches. Upon returning car they said damage to roof was caused by hail and I must pay for repairs even though it didn't hail during my rental period. After I disputed this false accusation, I received a voice mail from the mgt stating everything was ok and my account was closed. Days later I received a letter again stating I had to pay for hail damage and the vm was a mistake. DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE RIPPED OFF! BTW, this is the ONLY time I have given any business a negative review.
