Mr. Silverman was extremely unprofessional. My calls went unanswered many times; I was told the appraisal was sent out to me when it was not. After weeks and weeks of trying to contact him, I got the run around every time on the phone. Weeks later I finally received my appraisal, which was not completely accurate as when he came to appraise my home, he barely looked around. He did not go through the entire house thoroughly, skipping rooms, overlooking things that I would expect would be essential in order to provide an accurate appraisal of my property. He was paid for two appraisals but only provided one. Getting him to provide the second estimate was equally as challenging as obtaining the first. He just seemed like he didn't really care at all about the job or my business.
