GREAT Place ! Takes their time to do your hair right. Does my hair along with my wife's. They work with you to schedule around your own schedule.

Salon W, Willard, the owner, gave my wife a perm. She had never had one before and her hair had never been chemically processed before. She had thick dark almost black Italian hair and its burned. It has been coming out in frizzy clumps. She did just was he said. She came home and didn't touch it, wrapped it up in a scarf and went to bed. When she woke up the next morning she was crying in the bathroom she had taken off the scarf and her hair came with it. It was coming off the ends in chunks. I called my aunt who has been a hairdresser for a long time and she said even with the best chemicals it should have never been left on for 25 minutes like he did because her hair is (was) so thick and healthy. She called and tried to see about getting her money back and he was accusatory and snapped at her on the phone and said she wasn't going to. I think that's why he asked her to pay with a check too so she couldn't cancel the charge or fight it. He knew he screwed up and I don't think anyone should go back to that guy! He's a real piece of work.
