We are building our dream home where we hope to retire in a few years.We live nine hours away so much of the work is done in our absence. That could be a source of great anxiety.In our case,happily, it is not. We have total comfort and trust in our builder and his entire team. Jonathan Setzer has gone far above and beyond the call of duty on our job. His work has been stellar. He s spent a great deal of personal time sending us photos of the progress on our home which is so greatly appreciated as it gives us great joy. In addition he s doing a superb job of grading a steeply sloping lot in preparation for construction, implementing an erosion plan, grading for an enormous retaining wall, also waterproofing and backfilling the wall. He dug out the basement and backfilled that and graded the driveway. All this and we are only halfway complete! Clearly he takes pride in his work .We feel very fortunate to have been lucky enough to find him.

JLS has done several jobs for me, from hauling gravel to clearing the lot for our new house. They do good work at reasonable prices and make sure that the job is done right. I highly recommend them.

I highly recommend jls machine. The grading work I had him do was perfect. For years the water has not drained correctly behind my house. Now it drains perfectly. I wish I could post a photograph of how great it looks. We have used JLS Machine llc before to dig a water line for us from the house to a barn. I couldn't ask for it to be done any better. If you need landscaping or any other heavy machine work call this business, you will not be dissapointed!
