Highly recommended! A very down to earth student friendly place to learn. Instructors are very knowledgeable and friendly. Im 31 years old and truly enjoy the training and workout it provides. I was so sick of lifting weights, running on the treadmill etc.. The best thing is its for all levels of fitness. You are able to start off slow and progress at your own pace. The facilitiy has padded mats on the floor and on the walls which makes it a great safe place for kids to run and roll around. I only wish my house had all this padding...LOL! Kids are able to learn self defense while having fun! You must go to family day on Sundays where the children ages 3 and up are able to navigate fun & easy obstacle courses and participate in team building exercises. Its a great time to bond and be silly with your children. My 6yr old loves to tell people he works out with Dad. It has helped him to overcome some of his shyness and his school teacher has told me he is more engaged with the other kids.
