What a disappointing experience I had today at NEK Vapor in Newport! I had bought some CBD Vape Oil yesterday for sublingual use for fibromyalgia (since they didn't yet have regular CBD oil). Upon further research, I decided that I didn't want to use the Vape oil and would prefer the regular CBD oil, so I went to return the still sealed container and was told that it could not be returned. At first I was told that I could receive store credit, but initially didn't want it. The "manager" was called (remember how car dealers used to do that?) to see if I could get a full refund and I was told no because something could have happened between yesterday and today to compromise the product. The example used was heat or sun exposure - clearly BS since the temperature barely got over 60 and as most of you know, there's been minimal sun around here lately. So I'm $75 in the hole with a product that I don't want, but a clear understanding of the inflexibility and lack of customer service skills at the NEK Vapor location. I will continue to drive to Lyndonville and buy my CBD oil at Green Mountain Grow.

The workers are always friendly, helpful, and courteous. Would recommend Nek Vapor to everyone. Try it and see for yourself.
