Incredibly disappointed. We called to ask if we could set up an appointment for our newborn. We were really just looking for information, being new to all of this. An old lady took the phone from someone we were originally talking to and screamed that they were not accepting patients. I felt that it was extremely unprofessional and would have totally understood if she calmly explained it to us.

I cannot say enough nice things about the Knouses'!! They are very nice, down to earth doctors who really care about their patients! My sons started going to Dr. Kathy Knouse 19 years ago. They came during a blizzard to the office to help me when he was 3 days old! They knew I couldn't have made it to the hospital and risked their lives to help me! She also was my rock when she diagnosed my son with Scalded Skin Syndrome. He was admitted to Hershey Hospital and she called me daily to give me the status and answer all my questions. The staff are wonderful also!

I love Dr. Knouse as my daughter's pediatrician. She's very knowledgeable and is very willing to answer all of your questions. Their staff are very nice and actually say hi to you when they pass by. It's a very nice, clean practice too.
