I attended dvm N.N 3 time to apply for my driving license, every time i visited i was asked for a different documents. I presented my driving license from my country with translation but not accepted.On July 08, i passed computer test, i was expecting to receive a driving permits, they said we have to send your document to Richmond dmv for attestation. i am calling to customer care and visiting dmv but no updates. the last time i visited dmv N.N, they said its closed and you have to go to dmv Humpton, the system and the staff behavior was as much better as the dmv N.N, but when i explained the status of my application, they said we have to send your documents to dmv Richmond for process, I told that its already done by the dmv N.N, they said that nothing is sent through the system and no progress and you have to wait.
I am disappointed and assumed that this is not a normal and its because i am Muslim and foreigner. they do not respect to their roles and its a kind of discrimination.

Customer representative was very RUDE! I was in front of her but she was talking (complaining) out loud to her peer right next to her and she forgot half of what she was doing. Tone of her voice and the way she looked at me was worst than walmart customer service. I hate going to these places, being served by low level quality people!
