This is a new review person. This office still will not answer their phone line. mail is wet, misdelivered, dropped in front yards, Mailboxes left open to get wet. It is outrageous.

This post office is horrible! They do not have very well customer service skills. Also they can not anwer the phone for some reason during office hours. But, when they do decide to answer the phone they dont know how to talk to you as a customer. This place is horrible and wish it was among the list of offices to shut down!

Why do I keep calling this post office and not getting an answer. The message comes up that the office hours are m-f 9:30-4:30 and to call back during normal office hours. IT IS NORMAL OFFICE HOURS!!! I need to track down a package that was delivered to them by UPS almost a month ago for them to deliver to an address in their delivery area. This is not the first time a package has been lost by this post office. Who is running this place.
