Pitiful Customer Service and workmanship

Brought in 4 brand new Yokohama tires to have them mounted and balanced. Paid $130 for 4 tires (Overpriced but was convenient). Drove to work the following Monday and had a vibration in the steering wheel. Inspected the tires and found the manufacturer shipping label still taped to the tire tread on one of the tires and none of the original wheel weights had been touched. Tires were mounted but I doubt they did much in the way of proper balancing based on the vibration in the steering wheel.

Took it back this morning and was told it would be about 2 hours to be done. After 2 hours, I called to check and the lady said there were 2 inspections ahead of me. Called 2 hours later, a total of 4 hours, and the guy who answered said there were now 4 inspections ahead of me and had the audacity to insinuate that because I bought the tires off Amazon and not from them, that the tires were bad and I would never be happy. He also said that he had people from last night that would be put in front of me. I guess that since they already have my money, they don't need to provide decent customer service for what they were hired to do. Never again for me. As a matter of fact, I plan to make it a point to warn the military that I work with to avoid this business at all cost because if they tried this on someone who has lived here for years, who knows what they'll try to pull on a young soldier or sailor only in the area for their tour of duty.

Recommend taking your business elsewhere and avoiding these folks completely.
