John Smith has been our plumber of choice for about 10 years. He is clean, well-spoken, considerate,computer-literate (meaning he can research plumbing items on the web), competent, arrives when he says he will and cleans up very well before he leaves. He has well-considered recommendations for quality hardware and what he installs or fixes works. When we were installing a below slab drain and sump pump, he loaned us his jack hammer at no cost so we could demo the floor ourselves. Thankfully, our young and strong son came home for a weekend and did the heavy work.
