really good taxi service. Very dependable.

Be Very aware of this Taxi service , While driving East bound on 64E in Hampton , A North End cab driver threw a bottle out of the front passenger window , smashing on the road and causing severe pain damage on my Lexus , I reached out to the company owner and in no way did he even try to resolve the issue , not only was the act dangerous it was reckless as well, and could have been fatal for me as well as any passangers the cab was carrying if I had hit the cab trying to evade the bottle , I've reported this cab company to chamber of commerce and will not stop until ther hack license is suspended or revoked ,

The service provided by this company is lackluster to say the least. The Professionalism of the dispatcher will depend on the time of day you call for service. More than likely you will be sent a late model vehicle with a visible amount of wear and tear. The cleanliness of the inside of the vehicle is questionable. As a consumer, hygene and comfort are most important. Provides reliable service for the passenger who needs speedy service to reach a destination quickly. For the customer who is new to the area or traveling far distances at a metered rate, visit map quest to get the shortest most cost effective route possible. The driver should not deviate from the planned route unless requested.

Very nast dispatchers and car had and ODOR to it!!!! Also the driver spoke NO ENGLISH
