Mr. Poole did me a valuable service and hasn't charged me anything yet. He came out to check my grinder pump that pumps sewage etc. out to the street, because water was venting onto the ground. He called me later to tell me the pump might not be the problem at all. He had found out there was no power going to the pump. He then gave me a lot of information about what to try (breakers, extension cord) to diagnose whether the problem is the pump or an electrical issue. He also gave me information about regular sewage pumps vs. grinder pumps.
