Have used E & R both personally and professionally, and from the office staff to the technicians have experienced excellent service! Would highly recommend, and DO recommend this company often.

i had roaches real bad, my friend told me about this co.E&R and i called them they came to my home and 3 weeks later i seen no more bugs , i live in newportnews va and i give them 5 stars,,,,,,,,, way to go guys ,,, now ill be calling them back cuss i seen a bug water bug,,,,,,,eeeew ,,,,, yes i would tell all my friends about this good co,,

Excellent service. I can't say enough about how pleased I am with the service that E & R Exterminating provided for my home. The inspector was prompt, polite and knowledgable. The technician that came to do the treatment was very nice and did such a thourough job.

If every service company operated with the same principles as E & R Exterminating there would be no need for the BBB. I have been under contract for termites with E & R Exterminating for just under 8 years. The initial contract fee to treat and ensure the home is termite free was around $1000. The follow-on annual inspection fees to maintain the contract active were around $90. I have had only one incident of active termites following the initial treatment. E & R Exterminating responded the next day, treating and repairing the damage within 24 hours of my notifying them I had a problem. Just recently I notified them of inactive termite damage noted in my garage during a moisture and termite inspection to sell my home. This was at 3pm on a Friday. By noon on Monday the repairs were complete. By 3pm on Tuesday the area had been treated. All at no additional charge. E & R Exterminating's customer service cannot be topped. The have my HIGHEST POSSIBLE recommendation.

For $300/year they would check several sticks embedded in the yard four times a year. They do not put down any protection against termites, unless you get them. About two weeks before we had thousands of termites crawling up our walls and flying around our house their contractor (note they use sub-contractors) looked at our yard sticks and said everything was fine. By the time our house was infested we changed services to another exterminator to handle the situation. I also cannot say enough bad things about their administrative staff. They are unprofessional, condescending, and actually threatened us over the phone when they renewed our contract without notification. Never never NEVER use this company.
