I ordered a new toy a month ago. They told me it would be there a week ago. Still isn't there. Don't buy here if you are in a rush to get it.

So through the years I have continued to go here. In an admission of my own ignorance I am officially done walking into the pretentious wall that is a cycle city corp. Its unfortunate because they arent hardly any reputable motorcycle shops in the area. That will change with time.

Overall very displeased. Put a deposit on a bike, waited a few weeks but in the meantime ended up in the ER with health complications. Now they tell me my $500 can be held and put towards a bike in the future but that doesn't do me any good if it's going to be a while before I can ride. Considering the bike will sell regardless they shouldn't hold my deposit ransom.

I was at the store to get information about motorcycles as I'm not yet a rider. The salesman I spoke with on a Saturday was very helpful and polite. He shared a wealth of information with me about riding in general as well as about the bikes he had on the showroom floor. He didn't rush me or pressure me and encouraged me to get a bike that felt good and that I really liked or I wouldn't want to ride it (I was fixated on the 0% deal one manufacturer had at the time). I will definitely go back there in a few weeks when I am ready to buy a bike. They take care of you if you get a bike from them too!

I have shoped here for years a great bunch of people and very helpful

the employees are idiots and the manager is a complete a** ..i got 4 diffent answers to my one question and when i asked why the manager guy was being the biggest a**.. never go to them!
