Me and my wife did student services a year ago and all of our payments have not been paid to our loans they are scam company check all your loans we just received a $5,000 bill and have not been able to contact them they Consolidated and changed our account and use a separate email address so none of our emails came to us we are now a hundred and ninety days past due on all of our loans no information until now they set up an AOL account changed phone numbers and addresses so you would think you're being you're paying but you're not check all your accounts they're scam artists we paid them over $2,000 that we have lost

My agent at student services was really nice to me and she treated me well because they understand the difficult situation I’m in. I did my best to keep up with my payments that my lender gave me which was really unfair because I never really understood why my lender didn’t give me better options and I didn’t want those graduated plans. Student Services noted that lenders always put people in standard plans. I really appreciate that they helped me find a lower payment plan. After I got off the phone they kept me updated. I was able to call them up anytime and check on my student loans. They always have the right answers. Student Services have the best services for loan forgiveness reputable and trustworthy.

Student Services helped me so much with the consolidation of my loans. I needed someone like this that I could trust. Student Services advertises on their website all sorts of services including public service loan forgiveness. I work in a small public school and I qualify no problem but I was so tied up with my daily tasks and community projects I never sat down to do all the paperwork and organize all.

Got my loans consolidated for the first time! Thanks to Student Services, I managed to receive the lowest payment on my student loans. Student Services are the best services for my student loans. I was on a graduated plan but I didn’t like having to pay a changing rate because it was a little confusing. My lender advised that I get on the graduated plan and I did, of course, but when I started to look up plans for me, a graduated plan was actually the worst plan to be on. Thank you Student Services for finding a better plan for me.

Student services are professional and fast working and I’m loving it. I told my friends about them and it is the best services available. They’ve been around for a long time and I trust them. According to my lender, my loans have recently been consolidated. Not only are my payments low my consolidation is set. Yup!

Speaking with the reps at student services helped me get rolling on a new repayment. Nothing is better than no longer having to pay high payments to my lender. When I received a call I wasn’t sure what to expect and it turns out that the person I spoke with was very funny and nice. We set up my account in less than 15 minutes. It was great because I got everything I needed them to do right away. Four months later I’m still rocking a low payment and never did I set up my consolidation so fast before with my lender. I’m proud to be in control again and student services made it easy. Student Services is a reputable business that I’d like to manage my federal student loans.

I’m on board! I’m in a low payment program and I’m getting my loans consolidated. I work hard for this and my lender keeps giving me the run around. First issues with my auto pay now stuff about how I’m not ready for consolidation. What does that even mean? It was a good thing I talked to my lender about my payment amount because I never would have thought I would be in the red for my student loans. They told me that everyone gets placed in a standard program based on how much they owe and that is what everyone has to pay. I’m very happy with the processing of my student loans by Student Services. They called me one day and I was really concerned about the status of my federal student loans. I really didn’t understand options available to me. Student Services took the time to educate me about the options for lower income people. Most people are like me and we may have a high student loan debt but do not earn enough money to pay it off quickly. Hey, so I had a great time with Student Services and I managed to accomplish some cool student loan management. I my first loan consolidation took place not too long ago and it was like a relief for me. I took the time to make sure I had all my right documents and organized it nicely for myself. Student Services made it happen and I’m grateful that I received a phone call about their services. I think they really care about the communication and careful study of people’s accounts like mine. I have lot on my hands trying to earn a living so I have no time dealing with my student loan until it became a hassle. I thought I was going to drown deeper into my loans until a friend recommended me Student Services which really helped me big time. Keep it up!

It has always been difficult to work on my loans because I don’t have the income I need to for my loans nor does my credit allow me to refinance. My lender tells me I can change my payment period but I can’t because I’m already in the longer repayment plan. If I change it, I’ll be paying way too much.

They are very respectful about my situation over the phone and have committed to helping me rediscover the income based plans available to me.

It began with an email and I just read through it then do an e-sign thing. It was really easy and they take care of everything. I couldn’t help but notice the effort that they go through to keep me updated and informing me about tracking my loans. I can call their support people at 800-296-8417 and email them at [email protected]. I prefer to call because it’s faster for me and they pick up right away. Oh, and they have regular business hours which can be a pain if you’re on the east coast.

Student services is great with their clients. First some pros,

-When you call in they pick up pretty fast unless its outside of hours of operations and you leave a message. Unlike my lender you have to talk to a dumb computer for like 15 minutes before you talk to a human being.

-Student Services send notifications about your account. I updated my account information with my bank and it broke on Student Services end, but they notified me within days, my lender not a single thing. Nothing from my lender until I owed a fee.

-They process quickly, with updates

Cons:

-I don’t like how their alerts work. It seems ok now but I received alerts after I fixed my documents.

-I don’t like that they are not 24/7. Since I working during the day I have to call them on my lunch and is somewhat of a hassle.



Overall pretty good. I just like someone else doing the management of my loans for me especially when they are ready when things come up.
