This studio is interesting....

Some teachers make the room much hotter than others where it is too hot to practice.



You are not allowed to leave the room for any reason even if you are unable to practice due to the heat and humidity ect. …



They announce this at the beginning of classes. I ended up leaving after seeing 2 other people leave and spending majority of the class lying down due to the heat. We were then confronted by the owner who advised that this was not allowed because it makes the teach feel badly?? Well I know my body pretty well and if it is telling me to go I should be able to without feeling uncomfortable. We are all adults.

There are a couple of teachers I do like that makes the room hot enough to get an amazing sweet on without feeling like you are going to pass out. The only problem is that it is very packed and you can not extend bc you might knock out your neighbor.



The other challenge this studio has is with classes starting on time.
