Bad public relations and inflexible exchange policy..thumbs down. I just received a gift from Diane's for my birthday yesterday, a pretty blouse, but it was not my style. I went to exchange it and they refused, saying no exchanges without a receipt. They had the blouse hanging on the rack, it is new. I explained that I didn't receive a receipt as it was a gift and I was embarrassed to ask my friend. They refused and just said it was "the store policy". I was very disappointed.



I would recommend that you do not buy gifts from Diane's for the holidays
