After my brother ran low on oil his 2001 Sebring Convertible it started knocking. We took it to song (Owner and long time mechanic of ours) of Airport Auto Service, to take a look at it. A couple days later he said it needed an engine and a used one would cost about $3500 installed plus whatever else it needed. He then tried to purchase it from us. Without the funds we opted to take it home and he then said he didn't trust used engines and a new one would be about $6000. When we got it home and charged the battery for a home mechanic..... It started right up without a knock and after an oil change runs like a champ. We are currently filing a complaint against him. This may in fact be criminal. We will see. If the DA wants to file charges? We will be there!



AND!!! Years ago we picked up a 2000 Toyota Corolla for $300 because Song said it was a bad transmission and the company that owned the car didn't want to pay for a new one. I personally replaced the $85 clutch and it ran for another 10 years. Great car, BBBBBAAAAAADDDDDD Mechanic!!!

I've been going to Airport Auto for years and they always give me a clear quote, do what they say they'll do and fix the problem (no back and forth). Over several years, I've taken three cars there for repair/service and have never been disappointed.



For example, when I had my Explorer, the air conditioner went out. I took it to them and was quoted $500 for the repair (I had expected it to be high based on the symptoms) but when I came to pick it up the same day, I was told it was only $250 because it didn't take as long as they expected. I never would have known and they could have charged the quoted amount but didn't. This is just one of many good experiences I've had with them. They kept that same Explorer working for years to my surprise and delight.



Song is the guy in charge and he's just the best. I highly recommend this business!
