We love this service and better yet so does our dog. She actually jumps right up into their self serve washing station. The facility is always clean and the workers and owner have been nothing but professional. My fur baby is part of our family and I wouldn't just take her anywhere. Great place!!

Our dog had been groomed at U Dirty Dog for 8 years until this week. She was taken in for a regular grooming and I was called a couple of hours later to let me know there had been an "accident". I was told that she had a "small nick" from the clippers, and that they were taking her to the vet to see if they needed to do anything. When we got there to pick her up, she had a 2 inch long cut on her neck, 5 staples, 10 days worth of antibiotics, and pain medicines.

When I called back to talk to Carl, the owner, he was rude and defensive, telling me that I should be glad he paid the vet bills. When I tried to let him know how inappropriate his "customer service" methods were, he again turned the blame to me instead of just owning up to their negligence. The biggest problem of the entire experience...no one ever even came close to saying the words, "I'm sorry." We won't ever be back, and I don't recommend them to anyone else.

I have always received excellent and polite service at U Dirty Dog. They are knowledgable about the foods they carry and are always willing to help with anything I need.
