I stopped in purchase 2 tires and was informed after I had bought the tires that they did not do balance and alignment so I drove straight to goodyear the gentlemen at goodyear informed me 2 tires on my car were the wrong size were worn down past the treadwear lines and also had a nail in them I called tire depot informed them what goodyear had found in the tires and they refuse to refund me my money and told me that it was a civil matter so I could take him to court if I wanted my money back that thing aggravates me the most if I don't know anything about cars and I ask him if it was the tires were safe to drive my 5 year old around and he told me yes which was a complete lie he didn't care if my daughter and i were safe he just wanted my money
