So like others i was also told a lower deposit only to try and get charged for a higher deposit. Didn’t work on me, After that issue my father which is a lawyer here in Atlanta told me to be careful because that shows what kind of buisness they are doing. So know I’ve been here for 2 months first month I tried paying my rent alone, Which showed clear with confirmation etc only to receive a email back on August 5 saying I will be charged a fee nor will I be able to pay online. Then I get confirmation on August 5 1218 rent paid. I spoken to Elizabeth only to listen to her tell me to pay or get evicted. Yes $50 bucks right??? Now today i get a fee notice saying I still owe. So I go online to check and pay next month rent only to see I have been locked out of the system???? I have called and emailed them only to get no response. Clearly they don’t value there renters and trying to suck every dime out of you. Beware!!!! I was told I can move in on the first of the month. But the place smelled bad, as well as the ac wasn’t working which all this has been agreed to be fix prior to me moving in. Of course Didn’t happen and also I had to move in later only to see nothing has been fixed. And new carpet and smell???? Let’s say here is the new carpet here on top of the nasty carpet. Here Is a video. My father tells me to document and record everything for issues like this. This is unacceptably and I will not allow this company to keep treating renters like this. If you are a victim of this. File complaint with bbb.org and leave many reviews and also if you need a lawyer my father is willing to take on cases.
