If I could give this zero stars I would. I have begged my hubby for a new mattress for my ailing back. Finally the day came !! We went to mattress firm and the sales associate was nice. And that's where our good story ends. My husband is tall and so we ordered a Cal King. They postponed the delivery 3 times because they kept trying to send us a regular king. Finally we got the mattress and it was 4 inches shorter than the box spring set that came with the mattress. Another attempted delivery after 10 at night that we had to refuse because my husband works graveyard and the kids were sleeping. Their delivery timeframe was 6-9. The next manager I spoke to was RUDE and rescheduled another delivery (again). We received the mattress and there were oil and dirt stains all over the thing!! Now I feel it has gotten personal. For us hard working people it was a lot of money to save and the experience has been completely ruined. I am now disputing this claim with my bank which is a pain! I will NEVER EVER EVER do business with mattress firm again. What a total disappointment after such an anticipated purchase. I wouldn't wish this on anyone.

attendants are friendly, food is great and atmosphere very calm and soothing.
