My friends and I have been going to Chylaca's for a few years now as it has good food, and it was the closest Mexican restaurant near us. The service wasn't too bad either, until as of the past few months... About two months ago, we talked in to place a to go order. I don't know the name of the singer, but a piano player was playing, and the customers there were enjoying it as well as the employees. The employees, enjoying it a little too much as they stood around to listen to the piano player while me and some other guy in front of us waited for a good 15 minutes before we got any service, the guy in front of us having been there even longer.



The next poor display of service was the following time we came in, which was a few weeks after. Me and my two other friends walked in, and were seated at a table within a few minutes. However, after 20 minutes of no further service, and watching the employees sit on their asses we decided to leave and that was that.
